Siasia picks Moses, Samuel for Egypt games

Samson Siasia has recalled Victor Moses and Aaron Samuel while selecting fresh players; Fanendo Adi, Umar Aminu and Stanley Amuzie, for this month’s 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Egypt.
The 42-man list which has 22 players from the domestic league with 20 pros from abroad does not reflect any radical change from the squad Nigeria presented in the last six months.
Moses and Samuel did not play under Sunday Oliseh during his eight-month tenure as Nigeria coach.
Adi, 25, who features for Portland Timbers in the Major League Soccer was quick to express his excitement at being called up via Twitter. He tweeted, “Glory to God. Woke up20ne of d best news of my life. Wao I’m invited 2 Super Eagles. Let’s all make the nation proud.”
Siasia, who was named last week as Super Eagles caretaker coach, appealed to all Nigerians to rally round the team as the Eagles host the Pharaohs in Kaduna on March 25 and play away in Alexandria on March 29.
The 22 home-based players are expected to hit camp in Abuja on Sunday before the overseas-based boys join them from March 20.
Siasia said, “I want to passionately appeal to Nigerians, everybody, to show belief in the team and give us total support. It will not be easy, but if we stick together and present a united force to fight this battle, I believe we will triumph.”

The United States government has demanded that Apple take an unprecedented step which threatens the security of our customers. We oppose this order, which has implications far beyond the legal case at hand.  This moment calls for public discussion, and we want our customers and people around the country to understand what is at stake. The Need for Encryption Smartphones, led by iPhone, have become an essential part of our lives. People use them to store an incredible amount of personal information, from our private conversations to our photos, our music, our notes, our calendars and contacts, our financial information and health data, even where we have been and where we are going. All that information needs to be protected from hackers and criminals who want to access it, steal it, and use it without our knowledge or permission.
