CRSHA una na baba, I know you guys will approve the budget of Kinetic Crystallization of geometric retrogression of CRS I also know you guys will approve the USD 400 million dollars loan just sent to Assembly by the Governor to finally bury Cross River State with infested debt  We are aware your pockets were watered for the final burial of Cross River State with 10 million naira each totally 250 billion naira. This sum will surely be like the biblical portage Esau took to sell his birthright We gave you our votes to sell Cross River State. Cross River State is debt infested with shortfall on revenue because of previous loans but financial inducement will lead the CRSHA to approve more loans for the increasing geometric retrogression of the state.  I know our criticism will stop you guys from both passing the budget of 1.3 trillion naira nor will it stop you from approving the loan of USD 400 million despite huge debt I know  you guys were previously impoverished

Ray Morphy Pinches Senator Rose Oko

Former reporter at Nigeria television authority (NTA)  Ray U.  Morphy says enough of Rose Oko at the senate. In his words as written on his timeline; In 2014, I and hon Mark Ukpo formed a tag team to run for senate. After we both spent about 8m each to buy forms and pay tax, Liyel l Imoke had a meeting with both of us and begged us to consider a sick Rose Oko to run for the senate. We both objected but he claimed that Rose will die of heartbreak if she lost out. He went on to promise a return of our expenses by Rose Oko. Today, Rose Oko is senator and Mark Ukpo is dead. Please ask her if she honoured that promise made by Liyel Imoke. Mark Ukpo is the mentor of ALL recent Yala politicians including Rose Oko who Mark nominated as a commissioner in Ernest Attah's admin. The story is known to all including her dalliance with that military governor that led to her marital accident. When he died, Rose Oko celebrated as if she is God. Today, she wants another vote to the senate. P

The victory left them third in the CONCACAF area qualification behind Mexico and Costa Rica, and sensationally helped knock the United States out of contention. Thousands of Panamanians celebrated long into the night in the capital Panama City as a cacophony of car horns greeted the historic news. "Today the planets aligned, you must never lose faith," Varela had said on the Estadio Rommel Fernandez pitch in the capital following the match. Bill Gates says his mentor was a giant named Bill

If there's anyone billionaire Bill Gates looks up to, it's Dr. Bill Foege. Gates has little choice in the matter, as he noted in a recent Gates Notes blog post. Foege is 6 feet 7 inches tall. He towers over pretty much anyone in his vicinity. But Gates also looks up to Foege because he considers the doctor one of his greatest mentors. Foege helped Gates and his wife Melinda learn the ropes of the public health world when they were starting the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in 1999. "His intelligence, leadership, and humility over the last six decades have proven invaluable in the fight against disease and poverty," Gates wrote. "In the field of global health, he is a giant." In the 1970s, as director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Foege helped lead the effort to eradicate smallpox. He crafted a system known as "surveillance and containment," which involves vaccinating only the people who've been in contact with

How to Prevent MonkeyPox

Monkey pox virus occurs when a person comes into contact with the virus from an animal, human, or materials contaminated with the virus. The virus enters the body through broken skin (even if not visible), respiratory tract or the mucous membranes (eyes, nose, or mouth). Animal-to-human transmission may occur by bite or scratch, bush meat preparation, direct contact with body fluids or lesion material, or indirect contact with lesion material, such as through contaminated bedding. Human-to-human transmission is thought to occur primarily through large respiratory droplets. Respiratory droplets generally cannot travel more than a few feet. independent Catalonia would automatically be out of the EU -France's Minister

Catalan independence would not enjoy international recognition, France’s minister for European affairs said Monday as the Spanish region’s leader threatens to announce a split. Pressure has mounted on Catalan president Carles Puigdemont to back down after hundreds of thousands of protesters last week rallied to defend national unity. “If there were a declaration of independence it would be unilateral and it wouldn’t be recognised,” France’s minister for European affairs, Nathalie Loiseau said on CNews digital news channel. “This crisis needs to be resolved through dialogue at all levels of Spanish politics,” she urged. The minister also reiterated Brussels’ warning that an independent Catalonia would “automatically” be out of the EU and have to reapply to join. “We are allies and partners with Spain, and Spain is a major democracy, so we are not going to meddle in the internal affairs of Spain.” She said Catalonia, which borders France, already has “considerable autono

Nominees Confirmation Suspended by Senate

The senators said the decision would remain until the issues of confirmation as contained in the Constitution and the laws of the federation were adhered to. The Senate also urged acting President Yemi Osinbajo to respect the constitution and laws enacted by the National Assembly as related to confirmation of appointments. It also urged the acting president to withdraw his earlier statement that the Senate did not have powers to confirm some officers and, henceforth, adhere to the constitution. The resolution followed the presentation of a letter from the acting president for the confirmation of Mr Lanre Gbajabiamila as Director-General, National Lottery Regulatory Commission, read by the President of the Senate Dr Bukola Saraki during Tuesday’s plenary. “In co
